I am doing a biography on Eva Peron. Eva was born on May 7 1919.Eva’s full name is Maria Eva Duarte in Los Toldos. Eva died in July 26, 1952.She died at a very young age .Eva died at age 33.She died because of cancer.
Eva’s family used to be very poor. Eva’s parents were Juana Ibarguren and Juan Duarte. Eva’s mom made Eva work as a maid for rich families. Eva had 5 brothers and sisters. She didn’t go to school. When Eva was 15 she went to Buenos Aires to become an actress. She met Juan Domingo Peron in 1944 and married him in 1945. She met Juan in a festival. In 1946 Juan became the president of Argentina! Juan was the president of Argentina from 1944 to 1955 and became president again in 1973.
Eva Peron was the most powerful woman in Argentina. Eva Peron told Juan she wanted to make a place in history. So Juan gave Eva a platform. If some one gives you a platform that means to give some one the opportunity to do something. She was just a kind hearted person that liked to help people that needed help.
